These tunes have been recorded over the years, a new one each Christmas since my son was born. The recordings usually don't get the time and attention they need, but we do these at the busiest time of year. To get things done in a hurry, there is lots of MIDI stuff going on. On all the tunes any and all melody instruments are either guitar or guitar synth. Any sax, flute, vibes, etc. playing a melody or improv is guitar synth.
"Have a Merry Christmas" is an original tune I wrote a few years ago. All the rest are the standard familiar songs with my apologies to the writers.
"Little Town of Bethlehem" was new for 2003. My son picked this out and played the piano. He worked very hard to even out his timing so I could play along on guitar and harmonica.
The solo piano version of "Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas" (performed by Robert Lewis).
